The following terms and conditions shall
apply: |

|
Full payment must be received 14 days
prior to collection of passengers or bank guarantee. |
|
|
Payment should be made via bank guarantee
or by monthly credit account. |
|
|
All invoices are to be paid 14 days from
date of invoice. This is subject to agreement when
opening an account. Invoices are issued in Euros. Cheque payments must be drawn from a CY
domiciled bank, alternatively credit cards, or electronic
transfers to our bank account can be used to settle
invoices. |
|
|
Interest charges of up to 9%
above base rate, will be levied on all overdue
invoices. |
|
|
Account facilities are available to
EURO
based companies supported by satisfactory bank reference. |
|
|
Cancellations made more that 7 days before date of travel
will incur a charge of 25% of total fare. |
|
|
Cancellations made less than 7 days before date of travel
will be charged in full. |
|
|
Increases in
journey distance at the request of the client, will be
charged extra according to the additional mileage covered
and time taken on a pro rata basis. |
|
|
Extra
Passengers will only be accommodated if space allows, and
will incur a cash payment as per price schedule. |
|
|
The volume
of luggage must be disclosed on booking form, extra
luggage will only be accommodated if space allow. A
reasonable amount of luggage is allowed, but luggage,
which, in the opinion of driver, amounts to excessive
weight, may not be carried. The Company accepts no
responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or any
other item, however such loss or damage may be caused. |

Chris Taxi's
& minibuses will allow a 2 hour time extension to all
delayed flights from due flight time, an hourly rate of 17
(Euros) is payable thereafter. |
|
|
In the event
of the Company being unable, for reasons beyond its
control, to provide a suitable vehicle for the performance
of the contract, the Company shall have the right to
obtain the due performance of tits obligations hereunder
by a third party, and performance by such third party
shall be deemed to be a good discharge by the Company of
its obligations hereunder. |
|
|
Due to
current government legislation all Chris Taxi's minibuses
are non-smoking and no food or alcohol may be consumed. |
|
|
Wearing of
seat belts is compulsory. |
|
|
All animals
must be disclosed on booking form and will only be
transported in secure boxes. The company reserves
the right of refusal. |
|
|
For Airport
transfers, we operate a range of minibuses with a capacity
from 8 seats to 15 seats and, for the larger group, a 22
seater. All vehicles have a separate compartment to
cater for the luggage. |
|
|
There are
overhead luggage racks for small items and hand luggage,
and all of our minibuses are less than four years old, our
policy is to re-new our vehicles after four years in order
to maintain a sparkling new fleet at all times. |
|
|
Our drivers
are handpicked for their discretion and knowledge of the
roads in Cyprus. All of our drivers hold Public
Service Vehicle Licences and we require them to have a
minimum of two years experience. |
|
|
The
chauffeur will meet you or your clients in the
arrivals terminal after passport control and customs.
He will have your/their name on a board, so you/they
should be able to identify him/them right away. |
|
|
All our
prices are quoted in Euros and are exclusive of
VAT, which will be charged for all services where
applicable at prevailing rate. |
